Coach Wesley started training Jiu Jitsu in 2010. In the interest of expanding his skill set he has trained at several different academies in Southern California; now part of the coaching team at Ultra Jiu Jitsu Academy he looks forward to sharing his skills with the students. Although he enjoys competing, since earning his purple belt he has dedicated much of his time to teaching Jiu Jitsu to kids.
Sky Lovell
INSTRUCTOR
Professor Sky Lovell is an American grappler who started training Jiu Jitsu at the age of 13; he was awarded his black belt in August, 2019 from the world-famous instructor and 5x IBJJF World Champion, Rômulo Barral of the Gracie Barra Northridge Academy. Professor Lovell is a highly respected practitioner; although he loves to compete, he has dedicated most of his career to teaching Jiu Jitsu to kids and adults.

Bryin Taylor
INSTRUCTOR
In 2008, Bryin completed his Krav Maga instructor training and through this he discovered that he enjoys sharing his knowledge of the system with students, watching them improve, gain more confidence, and becoming more fit and safe in the process. In addition to being a Black Belt Instructor (Krav Maga Alliance), Bryin is also certified in Krav Maga Force Arrest & Control and Krav Maga Force Black Belt Firearms, he is also a Level 3 Bas Rutten Fight Coach, Level 1 CrossFit Coach, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple belt. To reinforce his Krav Maga training he has competed in MMA fights, Jiu-Jitsu competitions, as well as IDPA shooting matches. Bryin consider himself a lifelong student wanting to improve his skills in teaching, self-defense, fitness, and life!
